The Hillbilly Soul Surfers have been tearin' up the Los Angeles club scene since their debut at the Whiskey A Go-Go in July '92. The instrumental trio chews up the genres their name belies and spits out a style uniquely their own. Their debut release Hot Damn Bobo! garnered praise from California to Japan. This eclectic band also has the requisite chops and proper attitude to back Evan Johns on their collaborative romp Moontan, the premier release on Big Cypress Records!
